Overview

Streamed projects usually take under 30 seconds to initiate and load, however there will be instances where this can take up to 5 minutes. This page illustrates common reasons why.

System updates that impact load times will be regularly updated on Discord.

Reasons for delayed loading

• First time loading project - Requires an extra 1-2 minutes to setup the stream
• Project inactive for over 14 days - The streaming infrastructure is in hibernation and needs 1-2 minutes to be setup again
• Cloud service degradation - Coreweave, our cloud provider is experiencing heavy loads resulting in longer than usual load times

Reasons for failed loading

• Project no longer active - the URL may be from a project that is expired, deleted, or archived
