To download, start by exporting your processed project. To do this, hover over the project thumbnail and select export. Exporting a project will take 10-30 minutes depending on project size. Once ready, you’ll receive an email notification.
To download the export, go to the export tab located on the top of the page, under the workspace name, and click download. Note that you do not need to keep the browser window open for the download to finish.
The amount of export credits required to export a project is calculated based on the size of the project at upload. This can be found in project details.
Should your wallet not have enough export credits to export the project, you’ll be asked to purchase additional credits to complete the export.
