Active projects can be pixel streamed, exported, and shared with others at a moments notice. Every workspace has a limit to the number of active projects, and every project is active for 30 days.

Project Expiry
Every active project expires after 30 days. This is to reduce clutter in the workspace, removing the need to manually delete projects. An indication of the time remaining before expiry can be found on the lower right of the project thumbnail:
As the project is approaching expiration, we’ll send an email reminder to the user that uploaded the project 3 days before the expiration date.
Should a project need to be used beyond 30 days, it can be archived, and then unarchived when required again.
Archived projects do not expire, and are a way to keep important project files for later use in the workspace. This feature is only available to workspaces on a subscription plan.
To archive a project, go to the project menu, and select archive.
